One of the many great things about wool is how infrequently it needs to be washed.
Items can be air dried between uses and washed every 2-4 weeks or when soiled.
Fill a sink or basin with enough luke warm water to cover the item.
Add wool wash (amount will vary by brand).
Swish item around a bit and leave to soak for 1/2 an hour or as directed by the product you're using).
Gently squeeze out excess water, do not wring out.
Lay item on a dry towel, roll it up in towel, and put your weight on it to squeeze out even more water.
Lay flat to dry and reshape them while wet.
